Moet Moet Win, 43, from Yangon, has always been drawn to the art of crafting. Living with her mother and her younger brother’s family, she grew up surrounded by her four siblings, nurturing her creativity in a close-knit household. In 2017, she took a bold step to follow her passion by joining a two-year silver and goldsmithing apprenticeship with Turquoise Mountain, where she trained alongside two other women and specialized in silver jewelry.

Since February 2024, Moet Moet Win has collaborated with Hla Day, creating a unique collection of silver jewelry and handwoven baskets that blend traditional techniques with her own imaginative designs. Each piece tells a story of skill, heritage, and personal creativity. Dedicated to learning and evolving in her craft, Moet Moet Win continues to push the boundaries of her artistry, sharing her passion exclusively through Hla Day.
